①、 Community Operating（full-time/part-time ）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the construction and operation of community structure and carrier, establish communities according to different user attributes, and make different community operation strategies;
2. Interact well with community members, establish effective operation means to enhance members’ activity, be good at finding high-quality members, and establish core user mechanism;
3. Continuously excavate user needs, explore the operation mechanism to better meet user needs, integrate various internal and external resources, and enhance user activity and viscosity via continuous operation means;
4. Monitor and analyze the effect of community operation and sales by using data, and formulate optimization plans.

Job Requirements:
1. Age 25–35, male or female; College degree or above;
2. At least 3 years working experience in the same position;
3. Active thinking, good at communication, strong ability of copywriting and planning;
4. Good at capturing hot topics, accepting new things and having strong initiative.
5. Knowledge of blockchain, finance and other related knowledge is preferred.

②、Business（full-time/part-time ）
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project promotion and external publicity;
2. Responsible for finding cooperation with other platforms, projects, enterprises, and media;

Job requirements:
1. Have a certain program customization ability, and be able to use office software such as PPT and EXCEL;
2. Have a certain market planning ability;
3. Experience in overseas social media marketing business is preferred;
4. Experience in finance and marketing project bidding is preferred；
